Some Tubular Thoughts
(This Blog contains material that may not be suitable for children and Republicans)

While watching some TV over the weekend I saw a few things of interest. First was a K-mart commercial that basically "outed" Santa Claus. They show young kids gleefully opening Christmas presents on Christmas morning. They are getting everything any kid could ever imagine. The scene changes to Dad talking to Mom. Dad shares the kid's excitement, but then kind of whispers in Mom's ear, "How much did this all cost?" Hey! K-mart. Do you realize that even though the TV Dad is whispering and his TV kids might not hear him, THE REAL KIDS WATCHING CAN HEAR HIM?
I am a firm and solid believer in Santa Claus. I highly recommend his autobiography, The Autobiography of Santa Claus. How dare K-mart even suggest such a thing. I urge everyone reading this blog to tell your friends, family, neighbors, congressmen, and Oprah what K-mart did and is suggesting. Did I mention Oprah? Be sure you tell her. She might read my blog. If Oprah read my blog I could become famous. She might do a show on bloggers and I could Skype in on her show. We all know how much Oprah loves to Skype. (I better go download Skype immediately. You know how fast things travel on the internet.)

The other thing I saw on TV was 60 Minutes' interview with President Elect Barack Obama. Listening to him speak is SOOOOOOO refreshing. When he speaks you know he understands what he is saying. When our current "President" speaks you get the feeling he doesn't know what he is saying. He just keeps going with the hope somebody will explain things to him later.

Don't forget to tell Oprah about me.

ROFLMAO!
Thank you for that.

You naive little man.
K-Mart is a subsidiary of Kringle enterprises. "K". This is owned by S. Claus, yes that guy. His laugh is one of joy because we fill his pockets every year.
The way you wrote, K-Mart outed Santa, I thought they announced he was gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I suppose you still believe in the Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy too.

The fact that you are buying into the Obama cult likely confirms this.

But, Cfandl, you're still buying into Dubya world..a place where reality doesn't exist. Most of the voters got off the train to nowhere a long time ago, but you're still riding the rails. Dubya-world's candidate, McSame, stunk so badly, that he lost the independents and libertarians.

cfandle,

Obama won, get over it.

I have accepted that Obama won. I don't like it and I believe we will regret it, but I have accepted it.

I am a conservative, but I am not a big fan of President Bush. I don't think he is the devil, but I believe he has betrayed the Republican party on many issues.

It will be sort of refreshing to be able to blame Obama for everything. Wait, I forgot. I am not a wimpy liberal.

I will leave the whining to Mark.

Ok,cfandl, we acknowledge that:
a)you are whining; Mark is not.
b)you're unhappy that McSame lost to a better candidate, Obama
c)you're going to blame all the ills of the world on Obama (whether he's to blame or not)
d)no one is twisting your arm to be here
e)Believe me,you're no Ahnold. Wimpy man are you.

Mark Ploch said...

Obama said himself that their is enough blame for everybody.
You are prepared to blame Obama regardless if he is to blame. That makes zero sense and is quite immature. You think I blame Bush for everything, and I don't. But, if you're being honest, he was the cause for a lot of our current problems.

Be fair and honest, or you're just being stupid.

Ho Ho Ho! I thought this was supposed to be about me. Don't worry cfandl I'll still bring you gifts.

Anonymous said...

Sorry Santa, but I am waiting for Obama and the Dems to give me all my gifts. Let the good times roll.

BTW, McCain was never my candidate either. To me he was the lesser of two evils in the race. He is no real conservative.

The reason I come here is for the laughs. I also like to help Mark inflate his readership numbers. Just helping my fellow man.

You all have a nice Thanksgiving. I know I will.

Mark Ploch said...

Thanks for the numbers.
By the way, will you compliment Obama if he does turn things around?
Or will you continue your closet bigotry?

There she blows. Liberal playing the race card. I could care less what color Obama is, or what his heritage is.

I voted against this man because of his political beliefs and his voting record. I know that may be hard for a "progressive" thinker like yourself to understand.

I hope to God (I can use this word around here can I?) that he doesn't fail. Our nation's success trumps any politics for me.

Nice try on the bigot thing Mark. Unoriginal, but good effort pal.

Mark Ploch said...

I'm not as dumb as you think. I never said anything about race, you did.

A bigot is a person who is intolerant of opinions, lifestyles, or identities differing from his or her own, and bigotry is the corresponding state of mind. Bigot is often used as a pejorative term against a person who is obstinately devoted to prejudices even when these views are challenged or proven to be false or not universally applicable or acceptable.

By you bringing up race, you have exposed yourself.

I never show all my cards. Who's unoriginal now, pal?

Anonymous said...

You are so full of crap it comes out of your ears. Get over yourself as well.

Mark Ploch said...

You got burned, deal with it.

Anonymous said...

Burned? By who? You? Surely you jest.

As far as bigotry goes you need to go back and reread your comments esp in regards to President Bush and Sarah Palin.

While you have that dictionary out try looking up the word "hypocrite".

Anonymous said...

Uh I don't think cfandl is racist. He just isn't an Obama fan. You blew that one bro. You took bigot out too far.

Anonymous said...

"cfandl instigates trouble and doesn't play well with others..was put in time-out everyday this week. Used profanity toward others: "You are so full of crap it comes out of your ears."" Yup, yup, that appeared every quarter on your reportcard.

Again....
d)no one is twisting your arm to be here

I never implied race. CF did. I didn't imply race intentionally because I knew CF would balk about "the race card". So many anti-Obama people are hiding behind their political party. I believe many of them are racist. Yet everybody is afraid to call these anti-Obama people what they are. Why?

I have heard many staunch Republicans come out and say that now is the time to move forward. Obama won, he's the president we support him.

Then there are those like CF. Just can't wait for a problem to come up so they can bounce and blame Obama, regardless of fault. It shows a tremendous lack of intelligence. Not many racists would admit they are.

CF may not be a racist, I'll take his word on that. I'll even apologize for implying that he was (I didn't).

But, he's still not that intelligent.

One last thing. I never said anything about Bush or Palin that wasn't true. Definitely not in a bigoted manner.
